To find out if you're eligible for a more 2 life lifetime mortgage you'll need to meet with a qualified equity release adviser.

The Equity Release Council maintains a list of qualified advisers across the UK who can provide appropriate advice and information on equity release plans. Visit their website to find an adviser local to you.

If you subsequently believe that we have not satisfactorily dealt with your complaint, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service at Financial Ombudsman Service, Exchange Tower, London, E14 9SR, telephone number 0300 123 9 123, website address www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk. This procedure will not prejudice your right to take legal proceedings. However, please note that there are some instances when the Financial Ombudsman Service cannot consider complaints.
