Latest Update (Valuations & Conveyancing)
As of today (24th March), e.surv have informed us that no full valuations are currently available, customers are being contacted by e.surv to cancel the appointments. We're working through alternative options currently.
Cases will be placed on hold at e.surv until such time as we have an alternative process or the full valuations are able to start again.
In respect of conveyancing, both Enact and Optima are operating a BAU service albeit with no inbound telephony at this time, contact details are below:
