Before you start

Please have the following ready:

    Payee Name: more2life Limited
    Account Number: 45735387

A BACS or bank transfer is suitable if you want to make a single repayment.

You can set this up via online banking or alternatively speak with your bank directly to arrange the one time transfer.

Good to know

  • Payments may take up to 3 working days to arrive.
  • Entering the correct reference helps avoid returned payments.
  • If available, use your bank’s Confirmation of Payee feature to verify the bank account details.

A standing order allows you to make regular, automated payments from your bank account.

You can set this up via online banking or alternatively speak with your bank directly to arrange the standing order.

Helpful tips

  • Choose a payment date that suits your schedule.
  • Ensure funds are available before each payment date.
  • You can amend or cancel a standing order directly through your bank at any time.
Important to Remember
  • We will never ask you to change bank details unexpectedly.
  • If anything looks unusual or you’re unsure, please contact us before making a payment.
  • Payments sent without a reference may be returned.

Important - it is your responsibility to ensure that the payment criteria is met (i.e. the amount you can repay without incurring an early repayment charge, the minimum payment amount and any agreed or required monthly repayments). Repayments made outside of these conditions may incur early repayment charges. Please refer to your Offer document for the payment criteria relevant to your lifetime mortgage.

Keeping your payment safe

Your security is important to us. Please:

  • Only use bank details made available from us.
  • Never share your banking login or security codes.
  • Be cautious of unexpected emails, texts or calls requesting payment changes.

Things to consider

  • A lifetime mortgage, including a Payment Term lifetime mortgage, is a loan secured against your home. It is subject to compound interest, meaning the amount you owe can grow quickly.
  • If you have a Flexi Payment Term Lifetime Mortgage, you must make payments for an agreed set period. If you miss these payments, your home could be at risk of repossession.
  • For our Interest Reward products, if you miss payments, you may lose some or all of the interest rate discount linked to your plan. Please check your Lifetime Mortgage Offer for full details.
  • Equity release may leave you with limited or no equity in your property. This will reduce your financial options in the future.
  • Equity release will reduce the value of your estate. It may also affect your entitlement to means-tested benefits.
  • Lifetime mortgages are long term products. They are not designed to be repaid early. If you do repay early, early repayment charges may apply.
