Free Energy Performance Certificate

Here at more2life we are please to be able to offer a Energy Performance Certifiate (EPC) to all new customers who complete on our Flexi Choice plan.

What is an EPC?

An Energy Performance Certificate sets out the energy efficiency of a property on a traffic light system of A to G, with A being the most efficient.An EPC provides an indication of how much it will cost to improve the energy rating of your property with indicative costs for changes.

Recommendations which will lessen the environmental impact of the property can include better insulation, improving double glazing and low-energy lighting.

How does it work?

All our EPC assessments are available upon completion of our Flexi Choice Lifetime Mortgage. The EPC will be carried out via our third party partner Vibrant Energy Matters who will be in contact with you within two working weeks after completion.
