Before the case continues

You advise the client. VBS manages the essential repairs.

When property essential repairs would otherwise stop an eligible case, you may be left coordinating the next step or moving the case elsewhere. Thorugh our partnership with Verified Building Services (VBS), eligible cases can follow one supported route forward.

VBS assesses, prices and manages the agreed works through verified contractors. You continue to advise the client, while VBS manages the essential repair journey and our valuer reviews the work before the case continues.

  • A fixed quotation before works begin
  • One VBS contact - not multiple contractors
  • Re-work at no extra cost within the quoted price if needed for sign-off
  • Client choice over whether to proceed with VBS

Nothing starts until the client is ready. Repairs only begin once the client has accepted the quotation and terms, all other case requirements are complete, and the cost has been reflected in your suitability assessment.
