Essential repairs don’t always have to be the end of the conversation. more2life and VBS can help eligible cases move from valuation to repair, valuer sign-off and completion through one supported journey.
For Self Select members
From instruction to sign off
Before works begin
Before the case continues
When property essential repairs would otherwise stop an eligible case, you may be left coordinating the next step or moving the case elsewhere. Thorugh our partnership with Verified Building Services (VBS), eligible cases can follow one supported route forward.
VBS assesses, prices and manages the agreed works through verified contractors. You continue to advise the client, while VBS manages the essential repair journey and our valuer reviews the work before the case continues.
Nothing starts until the client is ready. Repairs only begin once the client has accepted the quotation and terms, all other case requirements are complete, and the cost has been reflected in your suitability assessment.
Use these headline checks before asking us to review a live or recent case.
VBS is the single point of contact from instruction until our valuer signs the work off.
more2life will consider eligible cases where spray foam is present. VBS can manage agreed removal and related roof works through to valuer sign-off.
